Hawaii Acupuncture Association Annual Meeting

Please join us for the Hawaii Acupuncture Association’s Annual Meeting at the Institute of Clinical Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine on October 20, 2019 from 9:30am-3:30pm. 

Price is $30 for members and $50 for non-members. Members may bring a guest at the $30 member rate.  Payment may be made by check, credit card or PayPal. Price includes lunch. Check in will begin at 9:00am and the meeting will start at 9:30. Lunch will be catered with vegan and gluten free options available. Please RSVP by October 12, 2019. 

Meet your colleagues and discuss important issues for the acupuncture profession in Hawaii. Learn about the latest legislative developments with dry needling and the new continuing education requirement proposed by the Hawaii Board of Acupuncture. Our sponsors have been very generous with their donations this year. Dr. Wai Hoa Low, DAc., DAOM, will present Ethics and the Current Safety Requirements for Licensed Acupuncturists.                                                     

Dr. Steven Rosenblatt, MD, PhD, LAc will present the Electrophysiological Correlates of Acupuncture Points and a brief history from his book “The Birth of Acupuncture in America, The White Crane’s Gift”.
