Dr. Catherine Low graduated from the Soo Chow University in Taipei, Taiwan with a B.A. in Japanese Language in (1981). She graduated from the Oriental Medical Institute of Hawaii in 1992. Yu-Ling Low is a Diplomat in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs of the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She holds a professional staff certificate issued by the Hawaii Department of Education in 1998
